HARMONY PAVILION is a self contained assisted living facility that is a memory support with an additional limited nursing services license that is dedicated to the care of residents with Alzheimer’s disease, other forms of dementia and related memory disorders. Harmony Pavilion is a completely renovated, 20-bed assisted living facility in central Sarasota located on five acres west of Tuttle and east of Euclid Avenues. Harmony Pavilion, a lush, private and secure garden courtyard provides natural spaces for social interaction or quiet reflection.
This carefully planned, comfortable and secure facility was designed from the ground up to meet the special needs of memory support patients. Its environment includes specialized floor plans for traffic flow, the strategic use of color, private dining area and an outdoor walking path with gazebo in a secure garden.
The Harmony Pavilion staff works with the resident’s physician to create a comprehensive personalized plan intended to maintain the resident’s quality of life. This process employs medical specialists, nurses and certified nurse assistants/medical technicians, activity coordinators using the best practices and initiatives in Memory Support care.
Indivdual care plans, provided by our clinical staff, focus on age and stage-appropriate physcial, social, and cognitive therapies in both daily routine and long term care strategies. Harmony Paviion nurses, aides, and activities also infuse art, music, and horticultural therapy, gardening, visits by our pet friends and intergenerational experiences into residents' activities of daily living.
