Harmony In Your Home is a full service home health agency that provides both clinical and supportive services in the fulfillment of our mission. Working cooperatively with the client’s physician, family, and the client themselves, our nurse case managers:
Assess carefully the client’s situation
Develop a care plan to meet the client’s needs
Coordinate all the services related to client care
Monitor all staff and activity involved with the client
By utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach to in-home assistance, our clients receive skilled, hospital type care, but the confines of institutionalization are replaced by the comforts of home. Our ultimate goal is to provide our clients with a balanced, pleasing and appropriate arrangement of services. In other words, care in Harmony.
Services
Harmony In Your Home is both a Medicare Certified and Private Duty Home Health Agency that provides services to recuperating, injured, aged or disabled clients.
These services include, but are not limited to:
Skilled Nursing Visits Wound Care
IV Therapy Disease/Disorder Management
Supervision of Medication Physical Therapy
Occupational Therapy Speech Therapy
Assistance with Hygiene Assistance with Ambulation
Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping
All personnel that make up the Harmony In Your Home team are fully licensed, insured and bonded, and each team member has undergone an extensive background screening prior to employment.
In utilizing only the most educated and experienced of staff, and those whose
level of compassion knows no bounds, Harmony In Your Home provides the types
of professionals we would want caring for our own parents and loved ones.
Furthermore, the agency complies with all state, federal and IRS guidelines,
and maintains a policy of 24 hour nursing supervision and emergency accessibility. This attention to detail is what enables us to provide worry-free care to our clients and their families, and keep everything in Harmony.
